 1)      COPY the Product from www.choicecycle.com and email to cheong12@singnet.com.sg or Fax to 65-63394438

    Example : A) 4 x CMOS DOME CAMERAS + + =  S$485

 2)      We will prepare our Company PROFORMA INVOICE (SECURITY RECEIPT) to you within 24 hours. (email or fax)

 3A) Print/Copy and bring to your neighbourhood BANK for Bank Transfer or Bank TT. (Company Account - CHOICECYCLE, Registered in Singapore, Bank Copy as your Second receipt. Please ensure to settle your bank admin fees, we will pay our bank admin fees) 

OR (Non- Business Account / Personal Needs & Requirement)

3B) Call your Local Fedex, ask for FREE document envelope, place in the Profoma Invoice  amount, SEAL IT with your Signature and FedEx will delivery/reach us within 2 days. (Fedex Document delivery cost US$20 ~ US$35)

3C) Payment by CREDIT Card: Credit Card accept at Sim Lim SQ #02-50 or PAYPAL www.paypal.com to cheong12@singnet.com.sg (kindly add 5% of the total cost for admin fees) 

4) FAX/EMAIL your BANK COPY to us at 65-63394438 or cheong12@singnet.com.sg , CC choicecycle@hotmail.com

5) We will TEST/PACK/DELIVER within 3 working days by FedEx, SPEEDPOST,.. (We will use LOW COST “UNDERGROUND DELIVERY” to Indonesia upon request)

6) We will email you the TRACKING NO. once your order leave our Store.

7) We will declare lower Shipping Invoice 30% to 70% to reduce your Custom Tax upon request from you.  

We assure you our Professional Level of Products and Service,

a) You won't receive excuses like "your order is under production process/line" that delay days or weeks, your order will leave our Store IMMEDIATELY once bank confirmations.

b) NO In-experience Staff handling your order, end up paying much higher Tax to your Custom. (including freight charges that suppose not taxable, reduce declaration upon request)

c) NO Semi delivery, missing out Parts, CD/Software,.... (you can even download from our FTP / Website!! 

d) NO Poor English, misunderstanding what Products/Instructions you had order/given. 

e) No Trouble of new Staff handling your order especially old staff just resigned. We always keep you update with at least 2 person in-charge just incase one OFF duty.

f) We strongly believed if Goods was damaged when reaching Buyer are 90% due to Poor packing. Your order will be carefully pack: 

1. BOX IN BOX,

2. WEATHERPROOF WAX Paper, (except Saver Box)

3. Protective Cushion Paper surrounding your order - internal.

4. Extra Bubble Bag Packing for some Cameras.

5. Fragile Sticker surround your order, 

6. Company Stamp/Sealed all opening corner, preventing Order lost once break. 

7. Label Number of Carton & Total Number of Carton: 1/12, 2/12, 3/12,.... easy for Forwarder to reconignise when collect and delivery.

g) Handle by good hand - FedEx, TNT, SpeedPost or SURFACE/SEA delivery to reduce your overall costing.
